Refund Policy
We offer refunds for services that are not satisfactory, provided that you notify us within hours of the completion of the service. To be eligible for a refund, the service must not meet the specifications outlined in the contract or proposal. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your refund request.
If you choose to cancel a project after we have started working on it, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
We do not offer refunds for services that have been completed satisfactorily or for services that have been provided for more than 3 hours.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing. If you choose to cancel a project after we have started working on it, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
If we are unable to complete a project for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of any fees paid.
